Too good to be true?

I deal with an email address for distance learning enquiries, a mail just arrived from a woman in UAE wanting to do a Phd by distance learning, here is the end of the email:
"Mean While, I'm pleased to offer you the following:

1- A free invitaion to you/or other staff member to come to DUBAI-AUH/UAE to visit <removed>, to meet <removed> to discuss and check department's lab facilities/capability to carry out this research.

2- I'm offering you a business class ticket and a full board accommodation for three days in a Five Stars Hotel in Alain/AUH/Dubai.

N.B. Pls send me your phone contact number to call you personally.
