Blame it on us feature
Was buying some pressies this morning online, gets to the checkout and the checkout has a 'blame it on us' feature. What's this? If you forget your wife's birthday etc, tick the box, they slip a card into the box saying there was a problem at the warehouse and sorry for the delay and take full reponsibility for the delay...a nice touch.
I'll not give the site away in case the recipient reads this blog...unlikely but possible.
